9月15日，歐洲（zhōu）化學品（pǐn）管理署(ECHA)網站公布（bù）最新（xīn）提起（qǐ）脊椎動物實驗征詢的34種（zhǒng）化學物質。這一批物質的征詢截止時間是10月31日。

　　根（gēn）據（jù）REACH法（fǎ）規，物質製造商及（jí）進口商有（yǒu）義務了解其製造或進口物質毒性反應相關的信息（xī）。ECHA為這些物質的危害屬性做出評估並確保物質的危害風險得到備案，使物質的生產、製造（zào）、使用和廢舊處理都得（dé）到有效控製。REACH法規同樣要求涉及脊椎動物實驗的物質新測試方案應隻（zhī）作為最後訴諸辦法。

　　REACH法規第40(2)條規定，為最大化利用現有信息，特別是關於現有脊椎動物實驗（yàn）的信息，ECHA將所有脊椎動物測試方案（àn），主要為法規附件IX和附件X要（yào）求的數據節點公布在ECHA官方網站，以征求公眾評論意（yì）見。每一測試方案（àn）公布（bù）後，第三方機構有45天的評議征詢時間，向ECHA提出“關（guān）於此測試方案的物質及危害節點有效信息或研究”。
